This shot took over an hour to capture. First it was a passing trian, then a lost lorry with it heads lights, then a slow moving bicyclist. Then another slow motorist making their way home. While all of these would have created a different effect, it was not what I desired in my vision of this shot. Finally it all came together. You can faintly make out the blinking tail light of the bicyclist making their way home.
I am exploring and living life to its fullest every day. Photography is a significant way for me to share some of these explorations. The goal of these art pieces is to stimulate thought, emotional change, movement, pause and possibly generate a smile. I would love to hear about your reaction to the art and your life experiences. I find there is a connection between our experiences and what we find as great art. I enjoy being outdoors, sailing, and hiking. My photographic interests evolve along with my techniques. While I am interested in many aspects, currently I tend to gravitate towards mechanical and people subjects and try to explore new ways “seeing” these subjects. Comments are always welcomed. Enjoy the day. Dennis.

Dennis, this is a great shot of Knaresborough, inspires me to go look for these kind of views.
