Tucked away within hundreds of coleus was this still life awaiting to be captured. The repeating patterns and texture give this artwork depth and beauty. The rain had just paused to allow me to sneak out and capture this subtle image.
I am exploring and living life to its fullest every day. Photography is a significant way for me to share some of these explorations. The goal of these art pieces is to stimulate thought, emotional change, movement, pause and possibly generate a smile. I would love to hear about your reaction to the art and your life experiences. I find there is a connection between our experiences and what we find as great art. I enjoy being outdoors, sailing, and hiking. My photographic interests evolve along with my techniques. While I am interested in many aspects, currently I tend to gravitate towards mechanical and people subjects and try to explore new ways “seeing” these subjects. Comments are always welcomed.
