If my memory is corect.this is the only nuclear power cargo ship ever built. V/F

Dennis Dame replied:

Hi George. I believe that is correct. Once a year they open her up to the public for a walk around and walk through. A very elegant ship.

This feels like "pent up power" waiting to burst forward, really a great shot, where is this?

Dennis Dame replied:

She rests in Baltimore, MD near the major shipping docks.

Artist's Description

This magnificent ship sits proudly awaiting visitors. She is moored tightly with multiple ropes to keep her steadfast during the strongest of winds. Inside, her passage ways, cabins and dinning room present a touch of class that was enjoyed from yesteryear.

About Dennis Dame

Dennis Dame

I am exploring and living life to its fullest every day. Photography is a significant way for me to share some of these explorations. The goal of these art pieces is to stimulate thought, emotional change, movement, pause and possibly generate a smile. I would love to hear about your reaction to the art and your life experiences. I find there is a connection between our experiences and what we find as great art. I enjoy being outdoors, sailing, and hiking. My photographic interests evolve along with my techniques. While I am interested in many aspects, currently I tend to gravitate towards mechanical and people subjects and try to explore new ways “seeing” these subjects. Comments are always welcomed. Enjoy the day. Dennis.
